Thread: Small New Thuringian

I showed Sham this picture when I got this hone a few weeks ago. Seller on B&B sold me one saying it was a Thuringian (NOS I think, I forgot). I haven't used the stone that much yet, it is a very small stone about an inch wide and four inches long. One side is rough and the side shown is glass smooth. Sham said it's colored like an Escher, I have a new Thuringian by Muller that is a lot dark than this. Anyone have these/ use these for polish? Slurry is white grey cream color and it smells like chalk.
