Jsteele Thanks I was hopping to get the feel that the reader was unpacking and am glad to hear I achieved that.
Stubear, I was considering the Shapton's and am glad you said the edge feels smoother of the Nan's After talking to Don at SRD about the 5k on back order I also just placed an order for the 1k stone for setting bevels on his recommendation and it will be shipped with the 5k witch actually worked out for me.
I was very impressed with the entire purchase proses and will definitely be doing business with SRD again. Hopefully soon!
