Your not giving us the starting point of the razor, we are assuming that you mean touching up a razor that has just started to slip from shave ready... From a professional honing...
And even with that assumtion we don't know how far you let it slip...

This was my first razor I purchased and learned on. So I think its possible that I could have done some damage to while learning to strop. Maybe I messed up the edge some where along the line.

Hmm... it is more than likely your razor will need more than a touch up. Unless you are ready to tackle honing and buying a few stones, I would recommend contacting the honemeister who honed her up for you. Many offer free rehoning/touchups for a certain period or number of times. Then get a pasted paddle strop to keep maintain the edge.

The key word there is maintain. As has often been said here, it is much easier to keep an edge sharp than to sharpen an edge. Don't let it get dull.

Understand that I cant see/hold/touch the razor so this is blind...

Normally that Naniwa 12k every week or every other week will do just fine as a refresher..
So will a Barber's Hone but the N12k will feel better on the face...

Now on a razor that needs a bit more, you need a bit more stone or a bit more experience with a stone...

Not sure about the Naniwas but working up a slurry on a Chinese 12K and gradually reducing it with water works very well for touchups. If you haven't really damaged the edge, this could get you back.

Thanks everybody! I'm going to send my razor in to get honed by a honemeister because I don't have the right tools yet or experience i think i should have to "fix" this razor. But with all the info every one just taught me I'M sure i will be able to maintain an edge with my stone.
