Yes they are. I occasionally take mine out of its equally gorgeous designer sleeve just to wet and behold it.

Pretty short thread, unfortunately....
It is an older thread though. Are there any owners that have anything to add?
The stone looks nice for midrange work. Would like to hear a bit more before making a purchase decision.
