Default A few nice stones I got recently

In a flare of HAD I decided it is time to collect some Eschers one of each color.
I got on e-bay and luckily enough some guy had a Light green , FOX #44, and an unlabeled 5x2 in a lot of two that I was 99% sure was an Escher.

So I set the sniper to what I wanted to pay for each and voila, won them all.

The light green surprisingly had no bids on it so I got it at the asking starting bid.
The FOX I got a very reasonable price for a 7" hone
The unknown one was the steal of the auction at under 100 bucks.

SO today the hones arrived I lapped them and what a surprise that FOX hone is a Y/G escher

I am not expert in Escher colors but from the pics I have seen the line up I have is
    Dark Blue -the 1x6
    Blue /Green - the 5x2
    Light green - the 8.25x 1.75
    Y/G - FOX hone

I feel very lucky I was able to get 3 color varieties on first attempt.

    Nice haul indeed!

I've got a blue Escher and it's fast becoming my favourite finisher. Wonderful edges and it seems much more consistent than my Jnat as well.
