yours look more darker and not glass like
There are a lot of different types though, FWIW. They vary a lot both in colour, texture and effect - some can be quite coarse, for example, some very light, some very dark, plus different colours.

if thats a Turkey oil stone it will be around 9-12k use lite oil on it
