Wow, yep it's just like mine. I love it, it gives an amazing edge, my favorite finisher. I'm sure yours is pretty sweet too if it's anything like mine.

It's a great hone, It's a Maruichi Nakayama Asagi w a Nihon Kamasori stamp, Phew...So they tell me...I got this off Old School some time ago.

Yep, mines exactly the same, honing is like honing on a glass plate. I tried to raise slurry but my arm gets tired before I see any lol.
