I agree with this. I've tried both water and oil and oil works the best. I didn't get great results until I used a light oil like Kroil. Make sure to lap it to very fine as well. I lap with a DMT 325 then sandpaper to around 1500 grit and finish lapping it with a coticule. Good luck!
