Amazon Hone Mistake! >:O
So I received me Norton hone set today and my 4k/8k was missing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called amazon and they told me that they would send me another set 1 day shipping..I have been waiting like 2 weeks. I don't want to wait 1 hr!!! AAHHHHHHH

That's why I prefer to deal with established vendors. To me the extra $5 getting it from srd would've been money well spent.

true, but i only have 1 credit card which is an amazon card, and i cant afford to buy one in full..

Wait a minute. You got the shipment yesterday, and Amazon said they'll send a replacement essentially overnight, and this is a problem? Sounds like an excellent response to a problem that could happen to any business. Originally Posted by vvti713

sounds to me like amazon has kick ass customer support....

I have always had first class, quibble-free service from Amazon - if you have a problem you can't go wrong with them, in my book.
