    Default Amazon Hone Mistake! >:O

    So I received me Norton hone set today and my 4k/8k was missing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called amazon and they told me that they would send me another set 1 day shipping..I have been waiting like 2 weeks. I don't want to wait 1 hr!!! AAHHHHHHH

    That's why I prefer to deal with established vendors. To me the extra $5 getting it from srd would've been money well spent.

    true, but i only have 1 credit card which is an amazon card, and i cant afford to buy one in full..

    Wait a minute. You got the shipment yesterday, and Amazon said they'll send a replacement essentially overnight, and this is a problem? Sounds like an excellent response to a problem that could happen to any business.

    Still, it is frustrating to have waited two weeks and have something missing from the shipment.

    Let us know if it came today.

    sounds to me like amazon has kick ass customer support....


    i would rebuy from them if they fix their mistakes like this.... *(with a vengeance)

    I have always had first class, quibble-free service from Amazon - if you have a problem you can't go wrong with them, in my book.
