Just look on the bottom of the link page. I believe they had each more talk about them. I am pretty sure about at leas TOS and WOA.

The talk is still there, just click the picture of the hone you'd like to see the talk about. Some of it was also moved to the scottish hones page http://straightrazorpalace.com/srpwi...Scottish_Hones

    Any other stones missing?

    Thank you.
I tried it as I used to and it was not working. Good to learn new ways.

I've got a couple that aren't on there... as soon as I get some new batteries for my camera I'll take some pictures of 'em, and I've got some barber hones that aren't on that page as well. Do I give the pics to you or is there a way to post them direct?

Another good link for identifying stones and seeing them in action, from a member here is this JapaneseNaturalStones.com: The Big Test . You can hear their sound and see how easily they make slurry and compare their scratch pattern if you have a microscope. I think, we need more reviews of hones and pictures here in the forum. When I will be able to get my hands on a decent camera I have a few stones that are missing from the page, I will try to add them.

You can give them to me if you like. Ideally there would be a way for you to post them direct, but I have not been able so far to find out whether that's going to be possible
