    Default A few new toys...

    Thought you all might like to see.

    The Naniwa's are 3k, 5k, 8, and are all baseless.

    The coti is a 6 x 2 Select Grade. I tried to capture the pink in it, but was unsuccessful. If you look at the slurry stone pic, there is a tad of pink in the bottom. Half of the coti has little dots of pink all the way though, and very visible with water. Kind of cool. At it's thickest, the coti is 14 mm.

    I've finished about 5 or 6 razors on the coti as of today. Light slurry to water, and then about 30 more on water. Really enjoying the edges. Time to experiment more though.

    The coti is by far my favorite edge to date. Where did you order from?

    Very nice coticule. That is my favorite size. I have not tried an edge off of a synthetic but I don't see how it can be any better than a coticule edge.
