The seller refunded me £1 of the £14 I paid for shipping It's actually the standard cost for signed for small packages of that weight, but it seems to hurt more when the item is cheap

This YL stone is purple and feels rather smooth, very similar in colour to my La Lunes. Once it's lapped I'll take some pictures.

I have not tried oil on my LM but it seems to work well with glycerin and water.

I will rate this one in the pre-polisher category.. This one comes from Neil.

You were just in time, I was about to start lapping.

In the room I took the pic the stone looks grey but in any other room it looks purple.

Piet please can you show a picture after lapping but on different background. As this is the purple one I want to see the real colour. I know this is your traditional background but it looks like it makes everything in the picture more red looking. Thank you.

It looks more purple than the one I currently have, although the slurry is purple. The one with the salmen sticker I bought a few days ago came, but I didn't have time to go to the postal office. From Monday, if it's purple I will post pictures.

In the previous picture the stone has a perfect grey colour when I check it in Photoshop. Now it's lapped it looks more purple. I took the pics outside on a white surface. Colour should be good but contrast is a bit lacking.
