I don't know about you but when i first joined SRP and saw Honemeister under Lynn's name I instantly knew what it meant. I said to myself: Oh! he must be good I'll keep and eye out for his suggestions! Communication is sometimes the best thing to consider, and just about everyone here knows what it means to be a Honemeister= Lynn-ness. "to hone like Lynn"
SRP is a "small" community in comparison to other groups, we are bound to have terms that are finely tuned to this community. Honemeister in my opinion fits what it is meant to say perfectly.

Thanked: 458I didn't even know that it could be applied to anyone else, in general, unless there is a honemeister before lynn who did gobs or razors.
I just figured that lynn was THE honemeister, and honemeister is Lynn. Anyone else, and it has the ring of a fake rolex.
