    @Peter: what do you think i tend to think on a Silkstone we already had some of these?

    @jsmith: any chamfered sides with sawmarks?

    When I got it the whole stone looked black and glazed over with no discernible pattern on the stone what so ever. Once I lapped it is when the surface showed up. I was going to lap one of the ends and see what it looks like.
