Buying Natural stones is a crap shoot IMO. Labeled Escher is the exception to that rule. It's the only consistent natural I'm aware of, perhaps the Zulu. There are more types of Japanese natural stones than any other. Anyone that's bought lots of Jnats has probably come across a dud. That's why most vendors take them back. I got two stones in a fire sale from a former member, They were both 330mate stones, and they were fine. I have no complaints. It really depends on the stone, a bit of luck, and your ability to spot a good one.
