Thanked: 1184I would wash the heck out it and let it sit. see what it looks like. Might not be more than surface damage that laps off later. If it was wet when he applied the GG that would help I think. Let's hope for the best !

Probably contacting naniwa would be an idea, and I too simply lapped mine after removing the sticker.
Bread and water can so easily become tea and toast

All mine came off but could clearly see where the sticker was and a little residue. By the time it was lapped entire surface is taken off so no more mark or residue.
