    I did a similar test with a postal scale and at the bevel setting stage I was between 6 and 9 Lbs. I don't see how strokes measure in 10 grams will do much except at the absolute finishing stage. But YMMV as always. Iwasaki spoke in term of weight in pressure and his numbers IIRC was much higher than what I do.
