Thanks for the compliment Matt. I figured that it was Google that was the culprit. It's all good though. Like I said. I have a copy of the video in better quality on my harddisk. Anyone wants it...just PM me.
As for "stating the obvious" you'd be surprised how many people would make remarks like : "I'm not lefthanded...can I still use a strop?" after a video like mine. So I thought I'd beat them to it.
And Lou.....yes...we re a bunch of sick puppies.

Can I post it on my website?
Is this Alex who made the honing video with the coticule? I watched it yesterday and it's very good. I'd like to post it on my website but want to ask your permission first. Also, I don't read your language and couldn't figure out how to download it. Could you send it as an attachment in email? [email protected]
Thanks!

I'll send you a link to where I upload it later today. You can use it on your website if you like.
Yes, you can use it on your website if you like. Just be sure to put a disclaimer next to it that all actions in it are done in opinion and experience of the person honing. They're not a definite way of doing it.

Haha, I am glad you two got together on this. I sent Howard a link to your video, Alex, to show him what I was looking for in a bout. I guess he was quite impressed with it.
Your video has helped me yet again in my acquisition of a yellow coticule. Thanks again.

Thanked: 1Great video, watched it a few days back.
I learned from it and I don't even use a coticule. The "here's what works for me" attitude was just what I needed to see. Increased my comfort level with honing somehow.
PM'ing you for full vid download

Just watched the video. Fantastic. It is a much different technique than I learned, but goes to show there's more than one way to skin a cat.
