Looks like a fine Charnley Forrest. If it’s smooth and flat you are good to go.

It will give a crisp edge when used with, 2-3 drops of Smith’s honing solution on a wet stone.

Edge can be similar to a Hard Ark, slow to work up, used after a fine 8K edge. Do lots of laps on a finished razor with Smith’s and light slurry, thinning to clear water and Smith’s oil.
