Mr. Onimaru, out of curiosity, what did you use to get these fantastic closeups?
Something like this?

Just something I stumbled across when I was looking for the 60x loupe that gets suggested. Fun fact: the local Hobby Lobby maxes out @16x for $15 .Decades away from full-beard growing abilities.

Finally a couple of shave ready Pumas. I have posted these before & one edge looks like it should shave rougher than the other but it does not . They were identically comfortable & this is why the microscope is only good for relative diagnosis.

Very informative pics.....I'm afraid if I had a Veho I would wear a doggy path in the rug from the computer to the kitchen (honing station) with a beard sitting in my lap. Thank-you for posting them.

Thanked: 104I have a 200x veho digital scope, another 400x scope, and a 40x loupe. So with the greatest respect, if you were right I'd agree with you.

Thanked: 104Neither image was out of focus. I don't understand why you negative everything. It's a lovely image of a nice edge, yet you put shit on it. Mate you are the one with the problem. You never asked a thing about the photo other than to poo poo it. Members deserve a fair go. You are not entitled to embarrass members.
