What a difference a touch up makes!
Well I really lost track of how many shaves on my rotated razors but today I decide to touch them up with some strokes on the 4k-8k-12k stones.
So this afternoon the Dovo Gentleman was put back into action and woooo weeeee what a smooth gliding razor it was again! Just like new and a close shave!
I guess I need to stay in tune to my razors pull to signal a honing session!German blade snob!

Thanked: 1081Well done sir. It's a great feeling when you get a razor back to shaving perfectly again. As soon as you feel a slight tug or its not quite on par bring out the 12k for a few laps. You wont be removing much steel and you'll find maintenance pretty easy.
