For today i was honing it since 3pm and I just stopped it's now 2.30am :O . I tried about 10/15 layers of tape and I recreated a new bevel
. It was going well on 1k but not any serious result so I arm a message to a friend If he can look this blade for me, he has more experience than me and more stones. After this I continued, maybe 500 passes on 2k I saw It was better after this but still cutting nothing. So I retroed it with again 500 passes than 5k 500times, well still same bevel. And coticule for less than 500 times. And still it was same. I continued with paste for 300 times than stropped it for 1000 times. And I don't know why at first time it didn't work but this time it started to cut some hairs. So I just turn back to paste 1000 times ( well I didn't counted but after this my arms were work less). Then 1000 times again with strop. Now it cut my legs hairs ( I've no more arm hairs :P so I try on my legs after this ... ) I put it in a case to take tomorrow. I can easily see its not shave ready but cuts something. Better than nothing. Tomorrow I'm planing to rake it again but after you read this, would five me some advices how I should take it back? Because I'm like blind with this blade I don't know where is the problem...

    Thanks you all folks

Something is seriously wrong with either the steel or your technique, I've honed several hundred razors for myself and others and never go anywhere near those pass counts and rarely break 100 laps on anything, even the hardest steel

Sorry my friend but I believe this is something you need to have a session with someone who knows how to hone, that's more laps than quite a few razors need ,, take some of the advise given. Good luck. Tc

I think the problem is his technique and since it has gone so long probably now the razer has some serious home ware
