My most comfortable shaves have been from a razor that wouldn't cut a hair. A HHT -3.68. Lol. It's called a butter knife. Face had hair afterwards but OOOOWEEEE it was a burn free shave.

What a curse be a dull razor; what a prideful comfort a sharp one

Thanked: 168Exactly - you finish on a thuri or a Jnat ot black ark or a coti with slurry and pow a great HHT , but the shave is bitty and the edge is crisp .
When finishing more than 40 50 strokes on plain watter - oups HHT - 0 , all day long , but the edge is buttery smooth . So tell me more about HHT

Thanked: 3215Not a big issue, use it, if it works for you… just be aware of its limitations. I use arm hair test when honing and I am too lazy to pick up a loupe.
Test the toe, middle and heel. Once it grabs a hair do another set then look at it with a loupe, if good move up.
