The real question is which level of the HHT are Torrey talking about? I mean, we all know if it is a HHT less than 3.65 a strop probably won't fix that. And what if you have a non-uniform HHT distribution along the edge? How does a strop handle that?
I think this is ad is factually incorrect in many ways, and deliberately misleading in others.<This signature intentionally left blank>

The ad did say just cause it cut a hair doesn't make it shave right, got to use the strop. Tc
