Nice scope stand.
My progression depends on what I'm doing. Ranges from 80 grit wet wheel to Gok 20. Naturals sometimes if the synths don't float my boat. The white gleam of swords, not the black ink of books, clears doubts and uncertainties and bleak outlooks.

After I finished up, a nice glass of Laphroaig triple wood scotch, watching the man in the high castle, and some SRP/eBay browsing - a good night!

Thanked: 481Norton 1/4/8 is my current focus. But if I get bored I've got a Soft/Hard/Translucent Arkansas progression, 3 Welsh slates from AJ on Ebay, a PHIG and a coticule rubbing stone to play mix 'n match with.

My go to set up is, King 1k, Norton 4/8, Naniwa 12k and Escher finish. This gives me a nice shaving edge. For my personal use I have been getting great edges from a King 1k, a coticule from Ardennes (which I hated but after breaking it in has turned into a fantastic stone) and an Escher finish.
