I hear you on that.
It is very expensive flying from where I am to places in the US or Canada. It is actually cheaper for me to travel to Hawaii than Toronto or any major city in the US or Eastern Canada with the possible exception of Vegas. I think the casinos subsidize the airfare to Vegas.
