    You may hone your razor as you see fit, you may say "not shave ready" as you see fit, you just cannot state objective declarations which are materially false, especially as a party in competition to earn income.     They are indeed small changes but if you have not shaved from a 20cm vintage wheel via time machine, you don't speak from experience in your subjective position that these changes are never of consequence. Subjectively, they will matter if the diameter is reduced sufficiently.
