    Default DMT8EE in bad shape?

I bought an DMT8EE online at Ebay "Buy Now". It is high today but there have been problems. This filled with areas where there is no diamond, feels perfectly with the finger holes "THERE ARE MANY." I have a photograph. I have spent my coticule above to see as scratches. BIG SCRATCHES. My norton 8k is smooth as glass, leaving a mirror shine. Is this DMT8EE in bad shape?

    Greetings

Couldn't you just hone on the other end?

What I thought and tested. Only an abrasive side. It coincides with letters legible. When legible letters, diamonds above. The letters are almost wiped despite being new "The shop I was sold as new," this seems to be hone scrap aspect. It has been sealed in a box of impeccable appearance.

I know these have to be broken in, so try honing an old knife or shovel, and maybe the big particles will disappear.

If that doesn't help, contact the seller and ask for a refund.

I tried a piece steel slightly.
He has improved "But hitch". After passing the straight by the DMT not pass HHT. With the 8k norton is very easy HHT.
I sent an e-mail the seller and another to DMT. I hope it can be solved. I do not know if the warranty DMT is international

    Thanks Bruno

    Default Return it

If there are scratches on it and fingerprint sized spots where there are no diamonds, it's a second or used stone. Have you looked at it under the microscope? That should tell you lots!

After the finger was noticeable imperfections, I just send an email to the seller to see how we can resolve it. But I think that if you send another hone its is seconds will be the same.

    Thanks Howard
