Zeepk Barber Hones
Hi Guys,
I'm a newbie who is just now accumulating all of the necessities. I have been searching hard for a good hone and reading all about the Nortons as well as the multiple tens of thousands grit Japanese stones. My question is, are the Zeepk barber hones on eBay as worthless as their blades seem to be?

Yep.
Have a read in the Honing FAQ for some guidelines on honing stones.
There are several good low-cost options to get started with honing.
The important thing is to ask questions first so that you don't get stuck with worthless junk.Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.

They make "barber hones" too?
Are they red or yellow bricks?

Thanks a lot everybody. I had a feeling that they were not worthwhile, but thought I'd check with the experts.

Jayhou8004 has an avatar picture of a "scaly man-fish" thing named Old Greg, I was quoting the video series that he's in.
