I note that some folk have had trouble finding
abrasive films to use with glass plates.

I found a local store that carries "Pinnacle Honing Film"
that works for me (Woodcraft.com).

The 15 micron film was 3M-468L micro finishing film
and set a bevel nicely on a problem razor.

The 0.3 micron film was not labeled but as quickly
as it turned grey it cuts just fine.

Three strips in a pack....
My glass is 14" long so I have a perfect
match with their 14"x2.75" product.

Anyhow if looking for abrasive film to use with
flat glass look for Pinnacle® Honing supplies as
an option.
