I have toyed around a little and find that both sides are very soft and easy to cut, however I would hate to ruin the bonding material with heat. I was thinking of using a Jewelers saw with diamond blade, to keep from bringing any significant heat to the stone that a powered cutting wheel might bring.

I still havent convinced my self that cutting a $60 hone is a good idea... but I'm on the edge so to speak.
Kelly, just this morning I was looking at my Norton with the same idea on mind I was thinking of bringing it at my friend's circular saw blade at 16000rpm, but I think it's too much for it... I think hand saw is better idea.
