    Default Honing help (pics)

    I received this razor a few days ago. It appears to have had some sort of accident with a dremel or something along those lines. How would something like this be repaired? I have a 1k,4,5,8,12 k stones. Should I put two or three layers of tape one the spine and have at it on the 1 k till its an even bevel again? its located on the front third of the blade and looks like a little frown.
