Thanked: 0Thanks for the responses. Yea I should be fine, i'll just keep at it and stay patient. I guess my main concern was that I rolled the edge or something, but I never used much pressure at all. Even my lather needs work.. by the time I switch hands the lather on the other side of my face is usually flaking off lol.. I'm sure that's a factor as well.
Cheers

Thanked: 0Has anybody tried Kent of Inglewood? I brought my razor there and it seems like it's pretty good. It's my first straight so I don't know any better haha.

They are great. They have another sale on this week too.
Ask Nathan about the new kamisori he has found... Amazing stuff.
They have stones too, including some jnats.

Thanked: 4828Fendrihan is good to deal with however when buying blades from them you have to remember that they are not usually pre honed and will need to be taken to shave ready when you get them.
@ jpilot17 are you in Cow-Town? If you are not there are guys that hone in Edmonton also. It's not what you know, it's who you take fishing!
