Default Lynn, how did you get them so sharp ???

    Lynn,
Just tried out the Hamburg Ivorine and the Filarmonica razors you honed for me. Wow! I never had great luck with Filarmonicas, maybe the edge is too fine, maybe the steel is too hard....but I could never get them where I wanted.

What did you use to get them to their incredible sharpness? I am sure other would be cusriopus as to your approach to evaluation and sharpening when you receive a customers razors.

    Thanks,
    Tony

You are too modest sir. What I would give to crawl in yer noggin and learn about that accelerated curve. When is that instructional video coming out again?

Got 4 Razors back from Lynn Yesterday. Was afraid I'd cut myself taking them out of the box. I think he should teach a class on how he does it...I'd surely pay for just a little of his honing knowledge...

Well Lynn, if the learning curve is like Mt Everest you've passed Hillary's Step

Us poor plebs are still at base camp getting our s*#t together and some of us are still at sea level.

Actually, you have to meet the devil at midnight at a crossroads and ask him to lap your stone...
