this way, lots of people from all different time zones can benefit from your experience.

There is no way to record the session that I know of. The other concern is file size. The file would be very large so I would have to have it hosted someplace else. Besides... Lynn will have his available soon.

I agree. Brian Donofrio seems to be the only one to have created any of these movies (that I have found). They have been discussed and criticised many a time on the forum and have been a great point of reference. Skype seems like a great idea but for those of us still using a 56k internet connection it's just not an option. I have great internet access at work but I think I'd get funny looks if I brought in a) a web cam and b) a collection of straight razors (although I don't think anyone would be game to say anything )
The file size could be reduced by a bit of editing (would be happy to help out in that department) and kept in the videos section of the site (don't know how much space there is)
Who's up for it?? Put you webcams where your mouths are (or fingers seeing as you are typing)

There's a whole bunch of programs that will just record video & audio of pretty much anything that's on your screen. Hypercam and FRAPS are two that come to mind. The only problem is, it may take a ton of resources depending on quality. The quality is also limited to a degree due to the fact that it has to do everything in real time. Though, any modern computer can record with quite respectable quality IMO.

But it's all kind of a moot point. Like Randy said, Lynn has been in production on some video and is almost done. skype and other web cam things are good for a quick interactive lesson to try to see what the "student" is doing wrong but for pre-recording and posting, There's almost the finished product already.
