I have been searching for a someone to hone and possibly offer some hands on as well. I live in CB and have had not luck. The closest I got was the guy who sharpens knives at Groeman in Pictou. He said that he had some razors but didn't hone them anymore. I've tried all the old school barbers from Whycocomagh to Port Hawkesbury and New Glasgow. I gave up and sent Maxi a PM this morning.

Thanked: 275With a PC, you use Skype (with video) instead of FaceTime.
I assume that Skype is available for Mac's as well as for PC's.

Canada might be one of the best countries to live in, but we are sure lacking in some specialized fields. i have been trying to find a honemeister for Kamisoris, but to no avail.
Good luck and you might as well practice to become one so that you can offer your services to others!
