Just put one strip of electrical tape one the spine of the razor. Trim so it covers the whole length. Can you be a little more specific about your taping or honing issue?

I jut wanna make sure I doing it right or how to do it. Like what's the proper way of putting tape on I'm more of a visual guy so it's hard for me sometimes to do as people say without a visual I just wanna make sure the tape is even with no problems. So I would appreciate any advice or videos or anything

Run the tape down the spine of your razor. Start the tape just before the tang becomes the spine and finish a bit off the end. Cut the excess off (a little hang over is ok and helps when its time to remove it) If the spine is centered on the tape there will be equal amounts on either side to smooth over, if its a bit un even thats ok. Be sure that there are no wrinkles or bubles and you should be off to a good start. What kind of stones are you using by the way?
