Thanked: 108Woodcraft.com has the Nortons on sale now, $44 for the 1/4K and $64 for the 4/8K I think.

I have checked woodcraft, but they only tell you the shipping cost AFTER you place the order. So I will call them to find out. Otherwise that 65$ stone could easily become a 100$ stone if they use fedex or something.

You can go to Lee Valley. Call ahead though. There's one in downtown (King/Spadina), one in the west end (Islington/7) and one in the east end (no idea where). Call to check if they have them in stock. They also have some good scale woods, rougher hones and various tools but are pricey.
