    Default EDC Knife

What is your Every Day Carry knife? I know a lot of us on this board are knife nuts, so what's in your pocket today? For the sake of this discussion, let's consider multi-tools (Leatherman, etc) knives as well. So, what is it, and how many?

    ***NEW***
clarification of the poll, as I have worded it badly and have confused people.
multi-tool = anything that turns into pliers, scissors or shears
traditional multiblade = swiss army knives, trappers, stockman knives, etc. anything with more than one blade that isn't a multi tool
traditional single blade = any single bladed knife, locking or not, that is not a tactical folder
tactical folder/ fixed blade = any knife designed with "tactical" features such as: pocket clip/carabiner, spring assisted opening, thumbstud or hole, redundant locking mechanisms, etc.

Since I live in NY, I tried to find something that would appear more utilitarian than "tactical". I went with the Spyderco Navigator in stainless. While the blade is short, its still fairly wide with reasonable heft. I like it, but I'm always on the look our for more!

I notice you don't cover traditional style multiblade like a cattle or stockman or Barlow etc. etc....

um, one of the choices is "traditional multiblade"... I just put swiss army as an example, sorry if it was unclear, but I also mean for trapper knives and the like to belong in that group

I always carry at Spyderco Delica.
    Which choice would that be?

I always carry my Swiss army knife or Leatherman. Swiss when I'm dressed well or going to be in town, Leatherman for country or outdoor work. and there is a small blade on my keychain at all times (it even makes it into courthouses etc. as it isn't recognisable as a knife)

I put More than one because Of the above and because if I am going to be in a "gun free zone" I carry a tactical folder as well unles there are metal detectors baring the way.

I guess I am a bit of a snob when it comes to knives: The three bladed knife is a Moore Maker stockman with a leather punch. it's 4 inches long when closed! the larger knife is a two bladed jumbo trapper which is also a Moore Maker. I carry this one on my belt.
The last one is a Case/Tony Bose collaberation. it is a Muskrat and this is the knife that I most often carry! I have others but that might take up this whole thread!

Do you often need a leather punch?
