P.S. I ooked back and seen you own one. I'm seriously debating it. I think it would be a good size and open up small of the back carry too. Maybe wrapping the grip in para cord for a little extra grip.

P.S.S. I've decided it's either going to be the BK11 or the BK14 EsKaBar. Probably the BK 14 if the belt clip fits.

This is true i do have one, i think they are awesome little knifes. i usually keep it in my backpack in case i need a blade at work or anything.

The stainless version is the silver with the fancy black design on the blade right?

If so i have heard some not so good things about them, alot of people have complained that the grinding its quite off.

as for the clip you are talking about i assume its the kabar tdi clip? If so it fits both the 11 and the 14 sheath perfectly.

    they look great.
Wish i knew something about forging.

I used to do a lot of knife and axe throwing...but that was 20 years ago. Daresay I still could chuck 'em and make'em stick after a throw or two, but would be no where near as accurate as I used to be. My specialty was with the knife though. A mate of mine excelled with the axe.

Wish I knew something about forging too.

    Not a problem.

You'll love the knife and hopefully you can take some pics and show it off for us.

I'm expecting a set of scales for my 11 any day now hopefully they come in soon.

Those first two are not combat knives. They look more like short swords. But that doesn't mean anything other than I really want one (in every colour).

Well you can rule an empire, slay orcs, conduct lighting, stap holes in burn barrels, butter toast scare your neighbors, open a gladiator school, open paint tins ......... The uses are endless just don't tell the wife how much it cost then you may have to snuggle with it and that's just not a good use.

If any one else has any good ideas let me know.

I've just finished reading a proposed banned import 'weapons' list to be implemented nationwide in Australia. If it isn't a knife used in a kitchen or butcher shop it is pretty much on the banned list. What a sad little country I live in. I am ashamed to live here. I just wrote to customs to voice my disgust at what they are doing, but that will amount to very little, as they are only interested in hearing from people to help them fine tune and tweak their banned list.
