When it comes to combat knives, does anyone really intend to use them as such?
Don't get me wrong, I like them too but have never found them really good for anything in the field.
Have or have had FS, EK, Gerber mark 2 and a few others, I've found more use from my old Cold steel master hunter in carbon steel and my Gerber tactical folder.Hur Svenska stålet biter kom låt oss pröfva på.

I used this one to kill a 12oz T-Bone last week; I'm also gonna use it to slay a ham on the 4th of July.

my contrabution to the combat knife thread .. ive always collected knives but never any higher dollar ones .. these are my "combat knives"
these 2 if i have to use them either i ran out of ammo and am in a world of hurt ... or someonegot to close while reloading ...l
then the Gerber here is nice with its steel pointed but end for poppin windows or noggins if need be and stays strapped on the vest incase i get into an even worse situation then i would be in with the other 2 above ..lol..
bottom line is they look cool and are fun to have , if i need a knife for anything else its the Kershaw clipped on my pants that suits al my needs ..lol
