How do you sharpen your EDC knives?

Edge Pro. As sharp as you want to get it.

I carry a lansky blade medic with my EDC it works just fine.

Favourite method

Norton India stone coarse/fine combo. My edc rarely needs sharper then that and if you push that stone to it's limits you can even have a cowboy shave with a razor.

I use a KME system with its diamond hones, and finish with a translucent Arkansas that fits the stone holder on pretty much everything.
If the knife has a recurve, I have a three sided diamond hone made for the system.
Shave sharp every time.
