I'd say roughly 7/8 shaves in? Only cut myself on 2/8 shaves so it's going pretty good.
I'm growing my top lip for a laugh but yeah it's quite hard to get at the chin with a straight & i'm still learning so i'll use a mach 3 most of the time but ill give it a go with the straight, have to learn some time!
My straight feels very dull though, i've been stropping on a leather belt, not sure if it's my angle(it might be because most of the time it shaves like a charm!)

If you are ever in my neck of the woods I'll give your a hands on shaving lesson, you can watch me shave, I've given a member from Cardiff one lesson set him up nicely that was about a year ago he's still going strong.

That's a generous offer Jamie. If I were you Damon I would take it up, it's only about 1.1/4 hours on the x75 bus or you could drive it in about 50 mins. What you could most likely learn in a day will pronlbably take you weeks of foruming and experementing on your own, I wish I lived closer to some of the experienced members for that reason, but I suspect that they are glad I don't
