Thanked: 0Hello from The Great White North!
I guess I'm still new to traditional wet shaving, being using a DE for a few months. I've been pretty active on a different forum, but now that straight razor bug to bite and I have hardware, I felt a need to come here too.
I still need to get a strop and some testicular fortitude before I use the straight, but I'm looking forward to that day!

Thanked: 6Hello from Vancouver and welcome to this forum!
I hope you'll find lots of help here as I've found tons of it with lots of people willing to help.
I'm also rather new with straight razor (Couple of months) and I have to say that I love it. I started out with a shavette - without a blade - to get the hang of it and how to place my hand finding the right angles and all.
Cheers.
E.

Thanked: 0That's a pretty smart idea! I thought about shavettes but never really got that interested.
