Yup, it was 42 or so in karratha a few days ago, now I am in a rather pleasant 8 degrees in the uk.

Raol, I did spend some time in Edmonton when it was -50C back in 2009, but right now I hang my hat in Winterpeg, and it's been bloody cold everywhere! Last year we had frost on the inside of our bedroom wall, so all of this arctic air has not been extremely welcome in our home.

Welcome to SRP, and to my hometown! Good to see you are being welcomed in the traditional winter manner. Despite the cold, I hope you're enjoying your time in Winnipeg. It's the kind of place that gets its hooks into you, and a lot of people end up loving the place without really being able to explain why.
