Hindsight is great but you can only work with the information you have. Now that you have better info you can always do so mods to improve it. Or give it another shot.

Welcome to the forum. I'm sure you are already aware that there are a few good razors makers here that are sharing their knowledge, I'm sure you will find the information you need to make a razor that you are very happy with. The one you made looks good. I'm glad your shaves are pleasant.

Thanks RezDog, thank you for your kind words. This site really helped me with a lot of information but I found this site after I made my own razor.. I sure wish I had found it before
