You are in mainaman's territory. Shoot him a PM and start a conversation with an expert. Possibly you are close enough to him to arrange a one on one session or two. That will garner you more information faster than all the advice you can get here.

Hi and welcome. Those kits are all from a good vendor so all should be fine its just personal preference. Razorfelds advice is great and if you can meet I'm sure you could check out different sizes and grinds as well as stropping and shaving tips that would dramatically reduce the learning curve. Good luck and any questions feel free to ask

Welcome! A full kit from straight razor designs will get you all that you need to start your addiction I would recommend a round point, the Dovo and the Ralf Aust run the same price and both are nice starter razors. I started with that Dovo, but have since acquired the Aust as well.
Like mentioned above, if you live near someone that you can meet up with, do it! Learning face to face will shorten the curve dramatically, and it's fun to get to talk to someone like minded too.

I purchased my kit from SRD and could not be happier. I upgraded to the 3 inch strop which IMO was a good move no stress of learning the X pattern. I have only been at it a month or so and its a journey for sure but so far it has been a great one! Lots of nice, informative and supportive folks on this forum so ask questions. I would agree with Ernie1980 on starting with a round point, with my limited exposure of a SR there have been a couple times where I would have some nasty cuts with a spike point or the like. Best of luck

Welcome to SRP!
I'd go with the upgrade to the 3" strop as well. It is a lot easier to use.
