Thanked: 1Thank You very much engine46. my bday is on the 9th. Thanks for all the great info. I have been combing through the forum learning all I can and will look for the videos. I've heard lots of people say to practice with a butter knife when stropping, that sounds like a good idea. If things work out I hope to get into honing as well but that's a ways off.
