Welcome to the great world of straights. The deceiving word of shave ready is the demise of the straights being more successful. So many newbies start and have a bad starting experience and say this is not for me. Once you shave with a great edge, you will be hooked.
I strop before and after each shave and I have mineral oil on a cloth that's kept in a mason jar and wipe the blade when done stropping before putting blade away. Enjoy your journey, ask many questions, and maste shaving with the straight.I am very appreciative of all the knowledge and sharing each and everyone has provided me with. Look forward to future endeavors with many of you.
