Well they have definitely said all the right things and then there's the sealed box. Maybe flick them an email. All factory warranty is voided when honed so seems unnecessary to reseal. From memory other's state the seal will be broken due to honing

Welcome to SRP.
While I haven't purchased from that vendor they have 100% positive feedback, so it should be good to go. Takes quite a few shaves to get the feel of it and sort your technique.
